Ram Dass

I serve by listening to clients personalized wishes and life stories. Everyone has a legacy, everyone has things that matter to them, and most people have worries or unanswered questions around dying. It is my part to help share knowledge when people are unsure where to go next, and to listen to what matters most to each at their end-of-life journey, in whatever way that looks to them. As a Death Doula (Or end-Of-Life Doula), it is my job to make sure every wish is heard from Advanced care Planning, Legacy Projects, Living Memorials, Connecting to funeral homes, Vigils, Greif Supports, at Home funerals and more.
Receiving a terminal diagnosis, facing end of life, supporting someone with either, or dealing with grief can often times feel scary and overwhelming. Allow me to help relieve some of that burden and walk along side your path with you.

At Dignified Endings Doula, I aim to approach "doing death" differently. Death and dying is not a singular action, it is a journey that begins long before our last breath, and does not end until long after that with the ones we love. Death and dying is a sacred part of life that I believe should be treated as such. It is a strong view that knowledge is power, and when we are in a place of vulnerability like end of life, we fear what we do not know. There is also many ways to experience your end of life journey, whether that be years, months, days, or hours before ones death. As a Death Doula, I aim to take away some of those fears clients and their loved ones may face during this time, as well as knowledge sharing to open up conversations in hopes to eliminate the sometimes often "taboo" topic of it all. Dying with dignity is so many things. It can be dying where you choose, surrounded by the things you value, by the faces of the ones you love, knowing you are not a burden and a Death Doula there to serve you through these honorable moments.
